Benitses1985, spent 8 days shitfaced and 2 days touring the island in a jeep. Not a big island but the road signs were the worst ever so spent most of the 2 days lost and stoned

Re: Corfu
Only been once and that was with an ex back in the late 90's. Had a week in Kavos(cheap deal)...prob the most godawful place I have ever stayed in my life. Depends what you want I spose, but not for me. Corfu town was quite nice though, as I remember.

Only done Corfu once.... benitsis... 1987... me and a couple of mates stayed a week there.... 3 people died in that resort in the week we was there... including one loon who drove a scooter off a cliff... oh they was all booze related deaths... funnily enough...apart from some birds from Surrey and another couple of birds form London the rest of the resort was Taffs, Jocks and Northerners... had a good laugh with a bunch of Jocks called the meltdown crew... used to go out wearing plastic waste paper bins on their head and drinking pints of tequilla and ouzo ... yup that was Corfu experience

Kassiopi For me also , 89ish , nice taverna there called Uncle Simos (still there according to trip advisor)

Can’t really remember much about it other than renting a bike and tearing about an empty beach and going to see a statue of archilles (him of the heel)

Went to Kassiopi in 1994, was a nice little place then, a few bars, one club. Very friendly.
